Amending Article 1, Section 10, Of The City Council Rules Of Procedure Relating To Attendance

SECTION 1.  Article 1, Section 10 of the City Council Rules of Procedure is hereby amended as follows:

“Section 10. Attendance. Councilors shall attend all meetings of the City Council unless excused by the President of the City Council. [For meetings held in-person, attendance is satisfied by physical attendance at the meeting location, except that each Councilor may virtually attend up to five in-person meetings of the City Council per calendar year so long as seven days advanced notice is provided to the President for each occurrence.  For meetings held fully virtually, attendance is satisfied by virtual attendance.]”
